TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) are an agreement between Website Operator (“Website Operator”, “us”, “we” or “our”) and you (“User”, “you” or “your”). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the BENDIT website and any of its services (collectively, “Website” or “Services”).
Please carefully read our Terms & Conditions before signing up for our offers, packs, or memberships. Your use of this site and purchasing any of our services either on this site will be subject to these terms & conditions which are subject to change at the discretion of Vavavue.
We will do our best to get you into your chosen class however classes are always subject to availability.
All classes must be paid for in advance and all clients agree to our 48 hours cancellation policy when canceling, re-scheduling or no shows. If you are booked into a class and miss it or cancel it with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged for the class.
REGISTRATION POLICY
Registration is open for only online classes listed, please fill out the form to get started.
Please be mindful that some classes fill up quickly and if you are unable to attend, cancel your registration as soon as possible to offer a spot to another member.
All students must pre-register for class online. Online registration is available until 30 minutes prior to class start time.
If you have not checked in within 5 minutes of the class start time, your space may be released to another student.
If another student cancels their registration, enabling you to move from a waitlist to the class roster, you will be immediately notified via email. Please make sure you are opted in to receive email notifications.
If you are notified that you have gained a spot in class, but can no longer attend, please cancel your registration as soon as possible.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your membership at any time. After you cancel, you will continue to have access to all the resources until the end of the billing cycle. Your membership fees are recurring unless already canceled by you, and your membership must be canceled prior to the renewal date in order to avoid additional membership charges.

Please be aware that students who repeatedly miss class or cancel with less than 30 minutes’ notice may not be eligible for a class pass or drop-in payment refunds.
Please note our class sizes may be limited, and some have active waiting lists. In the future, if you can no longer attend a class you have registered for, we kindly ask that you cancel your registration as soon as possible so we can offer the spot to another member.
PROGRAM CANCELLATION POLICY
Vavavue reserves the right to cancel a program/session at any time. If Vavavue cancels a program, you will receive a full refund or be rescheduled for another session if agreed upon. This will also be communicated to the member via email.
REFUND POLICY
Monthly Membership is not refundable or transferable between persons. For exigent cases, we will consider them once a request is submitted to us.
Single Pass for online classes or custom short passes issued is not refundable.
When purchasing a single class pass or a Membership, you agree to use all classes sold by the expiration date.
MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Signing up for a Membership means you agree to pay the advertised rate via automatic payment on a credit or debit card. After the initial month, your automated payments will continue monthly, quarterly or bi-annually.
Your monthly payment runs on the same day of the month each month as your purchase date.
If you purchase and schedule this membership to begin in the future, the first month is always charged the day you sign up. Your future charge dates will be according to the start date you confirm when purchasing.
Clients agree to create a safe yoga practice environment for their virtual or recorded classes and workshops. They agree that there will be a minimum of 4 feet of free space around the yoga mat. They agree to remove any nearby furniture or objects and be away from sharp corners. They agree to practice on a level and non-slippery surface, always using a yoga mat.
The Client who has purchased the Pass or Membership is the only person entitled to view the recorded or live classes and access course material. Sharing of login details are not permitted. Anyone else accessing the classes are liable for full payment of fee.
Clients are prohibited from taking photos, or other digital copies, of the online class and workshop screens or engage in any photography or filming of other clients or teachers.
Clients must be 18 years or over to attend virtual classes and workshops at Himalaya Yoga Valley unless otherwise specified.
Bendit accepts no responsibility for injuries, illnesses, medical or psychiatric conditions of registered clients developed during, or subsequent to online classes.
YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your personal information is secure and usage of your personal information is administered by Calm, which is part of these Terms & Conditions. We will use your personal information to provide you with use of our products, services, and facilities as well as maintain our records, process applications, and payments, verify your identity, do market research and gain feedback.
Your information may be kept for a reasonable amount of time for the above reasons. Your information may be shared with third parties to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations, for the prevention of fraud or other crimes, and in the case of medical emergencies. By agreeing to our terms & conditions, you consent to the use of your information including sensitive information relating to your health & fitness, for the reasons & manner explained above.
Please get in touch with us if your personal details change, if you would prefer to be contacted in a different way or if you have any questions about how we use your information. Failing such notice, any communications sent to you will be assumed to have been received within 5 days of communications being sent. You can update your details by contacting info@vavavue.com
